Job description
As a Client Director, reporting to the agency's Management, you will manage, build loyalty, advise and develop “key account” clients and participate in the agency's structuring requests for proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships of trust with key accounts,
- Support brands in the development of their digital strategy,
- Identify business opportunities,
- Constantly initiate proactive proposals,
- Convincing customers, negotiating and selling the solutions we devise for them, with an understanding of their market and business challenges,
- Participate in requests for proposals in collaboration with the agency's consultants and expertise.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years' similar experience, in a (digital) agency or with an advertiser,
- A good command of the digital levers, expertise integrated into the agency (Social Listening, IP, SEA, SEO, Social Media, UX/UI, Web Development.) enabling you to present the most suitable proposal to your customers and develop your accounts,
- You're more than familiar with the digital world, and you know how to leverage it on behalf of your customers,
- Your ability to think critically, strategically and creatively enables you to make proposals,
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills: charisma and persuasiveness, impeccable written and verbal communication,
- In English as well: mandatory,
- You are capable of embodying the agency's promise: Digital Brand Empowerment, which means understanding and creating connections between digital and societal trends and brands to generate digital performance.
