Job description

As a Data expert, reporting to the agency's Data & UX department, you will use different sources of data to cross-reference and analyze them, and identify concrete optimization levers to improve user experience and the performance of a digital medium.

  • You identify and understand user needs/expectations, the market, a customer's business objectives and project constraints,
  • You translate a customer's business objectives into concrete KPIs, and brief in-house experts to set up the tools needed to collect data and monitor these KPIs,
  • You know how to analyze user behavior (heatmaps, sunbursts, funnels, session recordings, etc.) and analytical data,
  • You have the ability to correlate analytics data with qualitative data to identify user friction points and/or lack of website performance,
  • You are able to produce visual reports and dashboards that are useful and easy to use for customers,
  • You are familiar with and use data aggregation tools (Tableau, AirTable, DataStudio...),
  • You translate your analyses into levers for optimizing user experience and conversion rates, and draw up action plans for continuous improvement,
  • You carry out A/B test campaigns to validate the most relevant and effective changes to improve website performance,
  • Your communicate and argue the impact of your analysis and recommendations to the various stakeholders,
  • You collaborate directly with the SEO, media, SMO, social listening and other teams.

Qualifications

If we were talking about you, here's what we'd say:

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in an agency or freelance environment,
  • You are familiar with UX analysis tools (Hotjar, ContentSquare...), web analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo, Piwik Pro, Adobe Analytics), and AB Testing (Google Optimize, ABTasty...),
  • You have worked on CRO projects,
  • You are organized, rigorous and methodical, solution-oriented and proactive. You are a team player and enjoy working with different teams,
  • You're a good listener as well as being able to make proposals, you're convincing, you like to exchange ideas, debate and argue your choices, your communication skills are undeniable, both written and oral.
