Job description
As a UX expert, reporting to the agency's Data & UX department, you will design or re-design digital experiences that are as positive as they are effective, putting the user at the center of your thinking.
- You identify and understand user needs/expectations, the market, a customer's business objectives and project constraints,
- You have the ability to correlate analytics data with usability criteria to carry out expert audits of web interfaces,
- You are able to conduct qualitative studies such as user interviews, focus groups, etc., as well as interface evaluation tests (user tests, guerilla tests, etc.) to identify friction points,
- You lead ideation and design workshops (in-house, with customers and users),
- You translate UX research results into personas, user flows and tree structures, then design wireframes (mobile-first) and low-fidelity prototypes,
- You write design specifications to facilitate implementation,
- You communicate and argue the impact of your design work to the various stakeholders,
- You work directly with the dev, creative and SEO teams.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years' experience in an agency or freelance environment,
- UX Design, HMI or similar training,
- You're familiar with UX analysis tools (Hotjar, ContentSquare, etc.) and layout tools (Figma and/or Sketch),
- Knowledge of AB Testing tools (Google Optimize, ABTasty...) is a plus,
- You have worked on projects using Agile methodology,
- You are organized, rigorous and methodical, solution-oriented and proactive. You are a team player and enjoy working with different teams,
- You're a good listener, but you're also able to make proposals, you're convincing, you like to exchange ideas, debate and argue your choices, your communication skills are undeniable, both written and oral.
