Production of a brand awareness advertisement to increase brand visibility
Perfectly in tune with the brand universe developed for the Lalux Group's centenary, the new opus in the “Don't Worry Be Happy” advertising saga is now the fruit of close collaboration with the Vanksen agency and Paris-based Eligans.
Just over 3 years have passed since the brand's last film, unveiled in June 2021 at the same time as the insurer's new slogan: Don't Worry, Be Happy. In September 2024, Lalux's new advertising campaign was entrusted to the Vanksen agency.
To produce the film, which incorporates all the elements of the strategy that has served as the brand's common thread since 2021 (the smile, positivism), Vanksen enlisted the help of directors Nicolas Renier and Robin Pogorzelski, as well as Art Director Clément Cubat, from Paris-based production company Eligans.
Through the story of an intrepid little girl who sets out to take part in a soapbox race, under the benevolent gaze of her dad, the spot reflects the state of mind that Lalux policyholders can demonstrate as a few disasters accompany the very artisanal elaboration of the car. It's a sentiment that's quickly passed down through the generations. This choice of a differentiating register enables Lalux to highlight key values such as trust, perseverance and family support, representing the pleasure of living an intense and free life, without worrying about possible setbacks, taken care of by the insurer.
Shot in Luxembourg with local crews, the advertisement stands out for its authenticity and its grounding in the day-to-day reality of policyholders. To maximize the campaign's impact, the film was produced in several formats, from feature-length films shown in cinemas to shorter formats adapted to digital media. A photo shoot was also organized during filming, to provide a strong visual continuity for print media.
