Job description
Reporting to the social listening manager, you will advise and support our customers on a daily basis in protecting their brand, measuring their performance and optimizing their digital strategy thanks to your social web listening skills.
- Implement open web listening strategies for our customers,
- Set up and optimize open web monitoring tools (Talkwalker, Visibrain, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwalter...), in French, English or other languages,
- Exploit all data collected to help our customers manage their digital strategy,
- Produce analysis deliverables: email alerts for sensitive mentions or weak signals, newsletters, monitoring dashboards, brand audits, market intelligence, competitive benchmarks, consumer or market insight studies, etc.,
- Build recommendations based on analysis deliverables,
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction and profitability of your projects.

Qualifications
- Initial experience in web and social media data analysis,
- An analytical mind and a flair for numbers: you enjoy digging through large volumes of data to extract relevant conclusions, advice and actionable recommendations,
- Excellent writing skills: you are at ease in your communications, both written and oral,
- In English as well: mandatory (any other language is a plus),
- Reactivity to be effective in protecting your customer portfolio,
- You are more than familiar with the digital world, and have an interest in all areas of expertise related to social listening: social media, SEO, media, etc.
