You will advise and support our customers on a daily basis in protecting their brand, measuring their performance and optimizing their digital strategy, thanks to your ability to listen to the social web.

Job description

Reporting to the social listening manager, you will advise and support our customers on a daily basis in protecting their brand, measuring their performance and optimizing their digital strategy thanks to your social web listening skills.

  • Implement open web listening strategies for our customers,
  • Set up and optimize open web monitoring tools (Talkwalker, Visibrain, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Linkfluence...), in French, English or other languages,
  • Exploit all data collected to help our customers manage their digital strategy,
  • Produce analysis deliverables: email alerts for sensitive mentions or weak signals, newsletters, monitoring dashboards, brand audits, market intelligence, competitive benchmarks, consumer or market insight studies, etc.,
  • Build recommendations based on analysis deliverables,
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction and profitability of your projects.

Qualifications

  • Initial experience in web and social media data analysis,
  • An analytical mind and a flair for numbers: you enjoy digging through large volumes of data to extract relevant conclusions, advice and actionable recommendations,
  • Excellent writing skills: you are at ease in your communications, both written and oral,
  • In English as well: mandatory (any other language is a plus),
  • Reactivity to be effective in protecting your customer portfolio,
  • You are more than familiar with the digital world, and have an interest in all areas of expertise related to social listening: social media, SEO, media, etc.
  • Availability for on-call duty one week (evenings and weekends) per month, with compensation.
