Production of product communication campaigns to raise awareness and generate leads

Founded in 1920, LALUX is one of Luxembourg's leading insurance companies, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for individuals, businesses and the self-employed. With an approach focused on proximity and quality of service, the company aims to simplify administrative procedures and support its customers at every stage of their lives.

The challenge 

As part of the renewal of their easyLIFE Pension and easyPROTECT Auto product campaign material, and after initial successful collaborations, LALUX asked us to support them from design to production. The aim was to create impactful concepts that reflected the brand's DNA while highlighting the key arguments (USP) of their insurance products.

The project and its results 

Drawing on our customer expertise and the emblematic LALUX signature, ‘Don't worry, be happy’, we developed modern, embodied creative approaches, highlighting the brand's values through inspiring visuals. These creations reflect the day-to-day lives of customers and the tangible benefits of good support from their insurer. LALUX entrusted us with the entire design process for these two campaigns, including : 

  • Proposal of creative concepts : development of innovative ideas and recommendations for activations 
  • Development of the Key Visuals : creation of the main visuals adapted to each target and product 
  • Full production : management of design and copywriting, pre-production, production and post-production 
  • Variations of assets : delivery of hundreds of static and animated print and digital formats, adapted to the various distribution channels

Pension campaign 

For the Pension campaign, we used artificial intelligence to create summery visuals in the middle of winter. This approach illustrates the idea that preparing for retirement today offers immediate benefits. The aim was to appeal even to young working people at LALUX by showing them that they can already benefit from preparing for their retirement.

Auto campaign 

The Auto campaign aimed to highlight the universality and adaptability of LALUX products, designed to meet the varied needs of its customers. We organised a studio shoot with actors portraying a variety of profiles: an overworked father, a businesswoman constantly on the move, a young novice driver and a senior citizen with a passion for vintage cars. Each universe was carefully crafted to reflect the diversity and relevance of LALUX's offerings, while reinforcing the link with the different targets.

Thank you to the Vanksen team for their creativity, flexibility and perseverance, which enabled these campaigns to reflect the LALUX DNA while retaining the specificity of each product, and to ensure that their many language versions were broadcast on time.
